For a quick and simple pudding, freeze your favourite yoghurt pots with lolly sticks in the top and add your favourite fruits to make them extra tasty. Yoghurt pots come in all shapes and sizes so you could end up with some interesting shaped lollies…
- Using small pots of strawberry yoghurt, remove half of all the pots into a blender. Pop a little fresh chopped mango into the bottom of the pot, pop your stick in and freeze for half an hour or until just set. Add chunks of mango to the remaining yoghurt and blend. Refill your pots right to the top with the mixture and freeze until set. Then simply slide them out and enjoy.
- Add honey to pots of plain yoghurt and stir well to evenly sweeten, add chopped or whole blueberries and raspberries, pushing them down until the pot is completely full. Freeze with the lolly stick in the centre.
- Keep it super speedy and simply use your favourite flavoured yoghurt pots. Add whole or chopped berries, stir, leave the stick in the middle and freeze.
- Fromage frais pots work well for small children, simply pop in their favourite chopped fruit, give it a little stir with the lollipop stick and freeze, again with the stick in the centre.
