The lucky winner will receive a meal for four from the Cornish tasting menu at the two AA rosette-worthy, award-winning Water’s Edge restaurant, including a round of hand-crafted cocktails and a chance to meet the chefs.
Executive Chef Nick Hodges developed the Cornish tasting menu around the simple ethos he brought to The Greenbank when he joined the team in 2014 – to bring local produce to life, with imagination and creativity. Recognizing that Trewithen Dairy shares his passion for top-quality local produce, Nick proudly uses Trewithen Dairy Cornish Clotted Cream, Milk, Butter and Yoghurt on his menus.
