Christmas Roasties Love Cocavo 

Liven up your Christmas meals with the brand-new flavours of Cocavo – a blend of coconut and avocado oils that’s not only completely natural but with the extra infused flavours, adds a new level of flavour to your dishes.

Add your chosen oil and potatoes to your roasting tin, season, add herbs and roast at 200C/gas 6 for 1 hour, turning to evenly crisp. 

Transfer to a bowl with some kitchen roll, to soak up any excess oil and discard the oil in the tray. Put the potatoes back in for 20 mins or so and you will then have the crunchiest outside and softest inside, the best tasting roasties you’ve ever had!
