Hare Brewery Taproom
Bath Ales don’t do things by halves (well, apart from their pints). That’s why they’ve opened the doors to their state-of-the-art brewery for visitors to come and enjoy. Hare Brewery, in Bristol, combines traditional artisan methods with advanced, modern brewing equipment. They offer weekly guided tours for beer aficionados with beer sampling sessions and two complimentary half pints in the new taproom – The Bath Tap. The Driftwood Spars Brewery
Ever wondered what it would be like to be a brewer for the day? Driftwood Spars Brewery, in St Agnes, offer a ‘Brew Day’ experience where visitors can work alongside their award-winning head brewer, Pete Martin. Pete will walk you through the whole brewing process, from filling the mash tun to transferring to the fermenter. A pasty lunch is provided by the Driftwood Spars Pub and there is a fair amount of tasting throughout the day. A visit to the Hall & Woodhouse Brewery is a must for any lover of beer. Generations of brewing expertise lay between the walls of their Dorset headquarters and daily tours show visitors how their master brewers combine hops and malted barley to create award-winning beers. Over the course of 90 mins, their passionate tour guides will walk you through the brewing process and once your tour is complete, you’ll be invited to the Brewery Tap to enjoy a complimentary pint of Badger Beer.
