After a gluttonous festive period, get to grips with a box brimming with veggies at Riverford’s hands-on cooking classes. These 2-hour classes will give you ample veg inspiration, running at two locations in February.
During these veggie sessions, you will turn a bounty of veg, fresh from the Riverford Farm, into an inspirational organic feast. The perfect opportunity to learn essential cookery skills, such as the best way to slice greens and segment citrus, and how to make sure your onions never catch in the pan.
These intimate and personal classes are open to people of all abilities and allow plenty of time for questions and individual guidance. After the class, participants can sit down to enjoy the feast as a group, over a glass of organic wine or beer.
