The line-up of chefs has been confirmed for this year’s Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink, which takes place over the early May bank holiday weekend. This year, Tom Kerridge has been confirmed as one of 37 chefs who will be performing live demos in the festival’s cookery theatre.
This year, seven Michelin-starred chefs are among the line-up. Alongside Tom Kerridge will be Michael Caines MBE (festival co-founder), Simon Hulstone, Paul Ainsworth, Michael Wignall, Mark Dodson and Josh Eggleton.
The demos will take place from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon, with a full timetable available on the festival’s website.
As well as the chef demos, the festival will feature over 90 producers, along with demos in the West Country Bakery Theatre, the Darts Farm ‘Food is Fun’ Teepees and BBC Radio Devon’s Festival Question Time. There will also be live music in the Exeter Castle Courtyard throughout the weekend.
Tickets are available from the festival’s website, with a choice of day tickets, weekend tickets, VIP weekend passes and tickets to the Festival After Dark Party Nights available.
