Celebrating the best of Somerset’s wonderful local produce, the Wells Food Festival takes place in England’s smallest city between 10.30am and 4.30pm on Sunday, 11th October.
The festival has grown in both size and visitor numbers since it began in 2013, and this year promises even more stallholders and activities to entice locals and visitors alike.
The Artisan Market will host over 100 street food vendors and producers, all of whom have local produce at their heart, while the Town Hall will be the home of a pop-up tea party. The Recreation Ground will feature a family marquee to encourage even the youngest visitors to get involved with food, with an innovative music and food event called “Disco Soup” taking place in The Bishop’s Barn.
