Armed with your very own butchers kit (which you’ll get to take home) you’ll learn about the various cuts that can be procured, quality control and knife handling skills – and leave with a good knowledge of the dexterous skills needed to tackle meat in the kitchen at home. Choose from a beef, lamb or pork and sausage making course.
